Chorizio – Healthy Chorizo Seasoning

Use this to season the ground meat of your choice. It’s delicious with ground turkey in zucchini boats or you can make traditional-style chorizo using a combination of pork, beef, and lamb. No other ingredients are required. The mix even includes dried apple cider vinegar. Stuff the meat mixture into casings and smoke it, or simply brown it in a skillet and add it to an omelet, breakfast burrito, or your favorite recipe.

Mixed with your choice of meat, mildly spicy, slightly tangy, chorizo is just minutes away.
Use 1 ½ to 2 tablespoons per pound of meat.
